A privately funded animal welfare network that recruits security guards with empathy for animals, supports their families, and improves life for street dogs — street by street.

Founded by James Corden-Lloyd whose past background included operations in conflict zones across South Asia and South East Asia. The network is built on relationships with the people already watching the streets.

We prioritise guards with young families and responsible mothers — people working hard to feed their children. Funds arrive directly from Topball profits.
Fresh food for everyone
They buy good, fresh food — chicken, pork, beef, rice and vegetables — for their family, then share nourishment with the street dogs on their route.
The network on the ground
Every guard is recruited, vetted and funded directly. Each street added to this register is verified proof that the system is working.
